Referral Program Terms

1.The program

The LogicFlux referral program ("Program") is run by LogicFlux Technologies Ltd. ("we", "us"). It lets account holders ("Referrers") earn commission when people they introduce ("Referrals") pay for a LogicFlux subscription. By sharing your referral link you accept these terms.

2.Who can take part

• Any LogicFlux account holder in good standing who is old enough to enter a contract where they live.
• You are responsible for any tax due on what you earn, and for following the laws and platform rules where you promote.
• Our staff may take part, but can't earn from referring their own household.

3.Qualifying referrals

• A Referral is a new account created within 30 days of the person opening your link, on the same device and browser. The referral is fixed when the account is created and can't be moved to another Referrer later.
• Existing accounts, and accounts that belong to you or are controlled by you, never count.
• If several links were opened, the most recent one before sign-up counts.
• Referrals get 10% off their first subscription payment. It is applied at checkout and doesn't combine with other coupons.

4.Commission

• You earn 20% of each qualifying payment, on every payment the Referral makes within the earning period of your rank (see section 5), counted from the Referral's first payment. Your highest rank reached applies to all your Referrals.
• Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid, after discounts and before any payment-provider fees, and excludes taxes.
• A commission is created when the payment succeeds. You can withdraw it 14 days later. If the payment is refunded or charged back during the hold, the commission is cancelled. If that happens after a payout, we may deduct it from future commissions.
• Changes to commission rates apply to payments made after the change. Commissions already created keep their amount.

5.Ranks

Earning period. Each rank has an earning period: for every Referral, you earn on their payments for that many months, counted from their first payment. Your highest rank reached applies to all your Referrals, including earlier ones. For example, a Referral who joined while you were Starter (1 month) keeps earning you commission for 2 months once you reach Connector. Payments made after a Referral's earning period has ended don't earn commission, unless you later reach a rank with a longer period while they are still subscribed.

Referrers climb the ranks below by total commission earned or by number of paying Referrals, whichever is reached first. A rank, once reached, is kept. A rank's commission rate applies to payments made after you reach it.

From LogicFlux Ambassador upwards, you earn on every payment of every Referral for as long as they stay subscribed, including Referrals whose regular commission period has ended, subject to the lifetime conditions below.

Lifetime earnings conditions

Lifetime earnings reward partners who keep growing. They continue only while, at the time of each Referral payment:

• at least 5 of your Referrals hold an active paid subscription; and
• you have brought at least 1 new paying Referral in the previous 90 days.

When a condition isn't met, a Referral's payments still earn commission inside your rank's normal earning period, but not beyond it. Lifetime earnings resume automatically on the next payment after you meet the conditions again; payments made in between are not paid retroactively. Your portal shows where you stand. Lifetime earnings we award at our discretion are not subject to these conditions.

We may also award a rank or lifetime earnings at our discretion, for example for outstanding partners.

6.Payouts

• You can request a payout once your available (cleared) balance is at least $50. One request can be open at a time.
• We pay by USDT (TRC20), PayPal, Bank transfer, normally within 7 business days of a request. You're responsible for giving correct payout details; payments sent to details you provided can't be recovered by us.
• Amounts are in US dollars. Network, bank or currency-conversion fees charged by the payout method may be deducted.
• We may ask you to confirm your identity before paying, and may hold a payout while we look into suspected abuse.

7.How you may promote LogicFlux

• Be honest. Don't promise profits or returns, don't present backtests or live-feed results as guaranteed results, and include a risk warning where you discuss performance. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
• Make clear that you earn a commission when you recommend us, as advertising rules in many countries require.
• Not allowed: spam (unsolicited messages, mass DMs, comment flooding), fake reviews, impersonating LogicFlux or its staff, using "LogicFlux" in domain names or social handles, bidding on our brand name in paid search, cookie stuffing, incentivising sign-ups with cash you pay, and any illegal or misleading promotion.
• Self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, and referrals made with stolen payment details are fraud.

8.Breaches and ending the program

If you break these terms we may cancel affected commissions, suspend your referral link, remove your rank, or close your participation, and we may recover commissions already paid on fraudulent activity. You can stop taking part at any time. We may change or end the Program with notice on this page; cleared commissions earned before it ends will still be paid if they meet the minimum payout, or within 90 days if they don't.

9.Public leaderboard

Top Referrers may appear on our public board with a shortened name (first name and initial), rank and referral count. You can opt out at any time in your client portal.

10.General

You take part as an independent promoter, not as our employee, agent or partner, and can't make commitments on our behalf. Our liability under the Program is limited to commissions properly earned and unpaid. Questions: legal@logicfluxalgo.trade.
