This Privacy Policy outlines how LogicFlux Technologies Ltd. ("LogicFlux", "we", "us") collects, stores, and protects personal data obtained from users of our algorithmic platform, MetaTrader 4/5 bridge software, and web APIs.
We operate in strict accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and global cybersecurity benchmarks.

We only collect data strictly necessary to provision software licenses, execute sub-millisecond signal alerts, and authenticate trader sessions:

lf_token: Authenticated JWT Bearer token for accessing your Client Portal.lf_cookie_consent: Stores your cookie banner consent choice (alloressential).lf_active_variant: Stores your recently viewed strategy chart preference.
04. Telemetry & MetaTrader Heartbeat Protocol
When the LogicFlux_Client EA is loaded onto an authorized MetaTrader 4/5 terminal, it transmits a lightweight cryptographic heartbeat to /api/v1/client/heartbeat containing:
- Assigned License Key and verified MT4/5 Login Account Number.
- EA version string (e.g.
v2.4.2) to notify you when performance updates are ready. - Latency round-trip execution benchmark (milliseconds).
We do not read your private brokerage account balance, account passwords, personal trading history, or unrelated manual orders.
05. Third-Party Subprocessors
We share data exclusively with trusted enterprise infrastructure providers under strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs):
- Stripe / LemonSqueezy: PCI-DSS Level 1 payment gateway processing.
- Telegram Webhooks Bot API: Instant trade alert dispatch to user-configured chat IDs.
- Cloudflare: DNS routing, TLS 1.3 encryption, and DDoS edge protection.
06. Your Data Protection Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Under international privacy frameworks, you have the following enforceable rights:
- Right of Access: Request a complete JSON export of all your stored profile data, license history, and transaction records.
- Right to Rectification: Update or correct your email, name, and bound MT4/5 account numbers in real-time.
- Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request immediate permanent deletion of your profile and data records upon account closure.
- Right to Restrict Processing: Opt-out of non-essential email notifications or telemetry logging.
07. Data Retention & Cryptographic Security
All passwords are encrypted with salted Bcrypt hashing. Database files utilize SQLite Write-Ahead Logging (WAL) with strict file system permission isolation. Communication with our REST APIs and MT4/5 EA is enforced over end-to-end TLS 1.3 / HTTPS.
